about us

National Treatment transport

The team at National Treatment Transport have struggled with many of the same issues as our clients before finding Recovery. This allows us to connect with our clients on a deeper level than other adolescent transport agencies.

At National Treatment Transport, we approach every transport from a de-escalation standpoint. We treat each client with the respect they deserve. Our goal is for every adolescent transport to turn into a positive therapeutic experience, aiding the adolescent on their own path of Recovery rather than becoming another obstacle. We aim to connect and relate to each client through our own personal recovery stories, rather than intimidate or punish.

We want families and their loved ones to get the help they need and deserve, and we facilitate the vital first intervention and passage for teens and young adults to get into treatment and into recovery. We are also certified in trauma informed care, CRT which is our company’s version of de-escalation and safe hold training, defensive driving, CPR AED and first aid.

We work from a de-escalation standpoint, meaning we employ verbal interventions and aim to connect before we give a client any directive. When we arrive, we immediately begin the process of building rapport with the client. Recovery is an intensely personal journey, and this is where we are able to relate to struggling teens and young adults most profoundly. We are the professional intermediary between mental health and addiction professionals, treatment centers, and families. Lastly, we never use intimidation tactics, or rely solely on physical interventions.
